Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue. These are just a few of the little “somethings” that add up to big expenses for the bride and groom on their wedding day. Perhaps the next verse should read, “Something salty, something sweet, something mixed with alcohol, and don’t forget the meat,” for it is the expense of the hours following the wedding ceremony that actually plunges thousands of young couples into debt each year.
