Who Should Organise the Stag Weekend?

December 8th, 2011 Raymond No comments

I found this on the Web. You might be able to appreciate it.

Stag weekends have evolved massively over the years, not least in the date of the event but in the money spent on them and the resulting expectations, as such this puts an increasing amount of pressure on the person or people who arrange them. It used to be the norm to go out around your local town the night before the wedding, BUT not anymore.

Does it help? I’ll keep looking for good stories. You can check the source for all the details.

Which Wedding Dress Colour Suits You?

July 26th, 2011 Raymond No comments

Here’s an article from the Web. I’ve been spending too much time surfing. Check this out.

White wedding dresses have been the tradition since the 16th Century, and popularised by Queen Victoria, who chose white over silver for her wedding dress, which was the norm for Royal brides. Before that, brides simply wore their very best dress, in the colour of their choice. White is meant to symbolise purity, though there are almost endless variations of ‘off-white’ colours such as ivory, cream and buttermilk.

I’ve discovered a bunch of articles about this. Click ‘Go to Source’ for more.

Wedding Traditions Can Take a Twist – Create Your Own!

February 5th, 2010 Raymond No comments

Discovered in the Web. Interesting. Check this out.

Some couples take the route of the very traditional wedding. They don’t deviate from the standard and the ceremony itself is pretty much dictated by perhaps the routine of the church. This is great for some couples who enjoy traditions and want their ceremony and wedding reception to reflect this. On the other hand, we have those pairs that like to deviate from the norm.

Hope this article is enlightening. Always surfing. See the entire article if you are interested.
